Ways to Connect

Update from Rev. Angela Ryo: Staying Connected during COVID-19

For the time being, the Christian Formation Team at the Kirk has successfully moved all of our Bible studies, classes, and small groups to an online video conferencing platform called Zoom.  Click here for a full list of current Formation Zoom offerings.

All you have to do is click on any of the Zoom links during the specified time either on your computer or phone from the comfort of your home, and you’ll be able to zoom into a Bible study or a small group! If you have never used Zoom before and would like to learn more about it, you can read up on it here .

Please email revang@kirkinthehills.org if you’d like to practice using it before any of the meetings. I’d be more than happy to go over Zoom with you!

We’re delighted and grateful that we can be community together during these uncertain and chaotic times. Let’s stand tall and continue to grow together in Christ!

We belong together,

Pastor Angela

You'll find many ways to connect at the Kirk—through Sunday School classes, small groups, special events, Bible studies, book studies, interest groups, coffee and fellowship time (on Sunday mornings), youth groups and more. Our New Member Class offers information about membership at the Kirk. The Abbey Lounge is open during business hours and serves as a place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, meet a friend, or use our WiFi service.

We also support a Congregational Care program led by our Deacons, as well as our Caring Ministers, Prayer Cordon, and various support groups. Stephen Ministers are available each week for confidential prayer after the 9:15 and 11:00 a.m. worship service. These caring ministries provide a way to connect with the Kirk in times of need with those who care.

Look for the bright orange Connect banners throughout the Kirk to learn more; volunteers are available to help you use our special kiosks to get connected! Contact Julie Walker for more information at jwalker@kirkinthehills.org.
