"Book of the Month Club" - Join Us!
After successfully kicking off one of the Kirk's first small
groups ("Book of the Month Club") with Barbara Brown Taylor's An Altar in the World in July 2009, this group has continued with great fun and fellowship! We have covered classics like To Kill a Mockingbird, popular titles such as Kathryn Stockett's The Help, and local author Mitch
Albom's Have a Little Faith. We've laughed, reflected
deeply and shared insights together! This small group has continued in the tradition of bringing excellent reading selections each month, and 2012 will not disappointed with these selections! Please feel free to join us at any time!
Note: Book of the Month Club groups now meet the third Thursday of each month at noon in Abbey 27.
